It could be several problem. This web side has been working fine with all version of  internet explorer. Netscape up to 4.0  And works with all browser which support java script, and cookies. If you using any of above and the page frozen or you can not submit etc.

You may check the following: When was the last time you delete all the junk what you catch. Refresh the page. Your browser set up, maybe you turn off the option to except cookies. All shopping carts work with cookies. AOL browser  do not support java script.(to old)
