Technical support : We give you technical support only if you purchase ink refilling kit. We do not give you a password to the refilling server directory if you purchase bulk inks , you on your own how to refill your inkjet cartridge.
Ink cartridges refilling technical support: When you purchase any ink refill kit you get a password to enter to a illustrated technical support. This directory have many kind of ink cartridges, and showing how to refill them in 1 to 5 minute, with out sergeant glove and any other nightmare. We do not send any printed instruction with the ink kit, you find much more information on the technical support directory. You maybe already refill some of your cartridges by drilling a hole on it, because some other company told you so. In our ink refilling technical support you may see that the same ink tank refilled matter of 1 minute with out drilling a hole. You receive all tools what you need to refill the ink cartridge or ink tank, coring to our instruction.
The technical support instruction: All instruction has been tested to minimize the refilling time and written in plain english, illustrated with photos and some also have animated gif pictures,and movies.We can't give you any technical support with those ink cartridges which have chips installed and you can not refill them. If the inkjet cartridge not refillable, we do not sell the ink for it even if we have it.
Return Items
All items returned for refund will be subject to 10% re stocking and testing charge. There is no returns or complain excepted after 33 days, from the date of the shipping date.
Ink tanks (the cartridges which do not have print head) This ink tanks could be refilled 100's of times, and no such of think it doesn't work. you should look for the problem at your print head.
Ink refill kit. There is no returns on any bulk ink, or ink kit when the seal is broken on the bottle.
Refund: If you return items for refund 10% re stocking fee will be charged plus postage to you. If the item damaged you must fill up the claim form in your post office, because they want to see it, and the package insured. If the item defective we refund the full amount right away, which won't happen because all items inspected before shipping.
