ERRORS You May Experience:

Nothing in your basket or errors submitting the form:
1- You didn't add anything to your cart.
2- The cookies turned off in your browser, or javascript disabled.
3- You brought this domain into another frame.

Postage:
Postage listed as grams and calculated by 480 gram
ink bottle, up to 9 bottles. And postal zones.

Shipping:
Most of the orders are mailed next day. All packages sent out are insured.
Do not send any package back without sending an e-mail first for instructions.
All return items must be returned with the shipping box, postal mark, and labels. 
DO NOT USE our shipping box to return the item.
NO RETURNS! If you broke the seal on the ink bottle.

Bulk ink:You order only inks. This means you know what you are doing.

Printer warranty:
Printer manufacturers warranties-
The use of a refilled printer cartridge does not affect the warranty
   unless failure or damage is attributable to it.

a. The ink does not touch any part of the printer or internal parts
   of the equipment. The cartridge or the ink tank is a self
   contained unit and the ink is applied to the paper as the paper is
   fed through the printer.

b. Therefore the MFG. warranties do not apply for inkjet cartridges or
   the inks. The inkjet cartridge respects it's own warranty with
   a stated expiration date (usually 1 year).

Returns:
All items returned for refund will be subject to a
10% restocking and testing charge.
There are no returns or complaints excepted after 33 days
from the date of shipping.
In any event the shipping charge is not refundable.

Any package mailed to us C.O.D or postage collect will be
refused by the post master.

Refund:
If you returned items for a refund, a 10% restocking
fee will be charged, plus the postage to you. If the item is
damaged you must contact us, and do not unpack the package
any further. If the item is defective we will refund you the
full amount right away, which won't happen because all items
are inspected before shipping, and insured.
